Thank you for choosing Infinite Pawsabilities. Please review the following policies and guidelines to help ensure the safety and success of your pet's rehabilitation program.

Hours of Operation & Pick-Up Policy

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pets must be picked up by 5:00 PM, unless we have arranged otherwise. Any pet picked up after 5:00 PM will incur a late pick-up fee.

Appointment Arrival Policy

If you are 10–15 minutes late for your scheduled rehabilitation therapy appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment unless you have contacted us in advance to let us know you are running behind.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Rehabilitation therapy appointments require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full individual session fee.

Package Policy

Packages of 10 therapy sessions must be used within 10 weeks of purchase unless there is an emergency or a pre-planned vacation that has been communicated to us.

Contraindications and Precautions of the Underwater Treadmill

I understand if my pet has any of the following conditions, we will not be able to complete the underwater treadmill portion of their rehab until the condition has resolved. There will be no refunds or credits applied for partial rehab therapy due to patients with medical conditions preventing use of the underwater treadmill.

  • Surface infections including some eye and ear problems
  • Diarrhea or Incontinence
  • Pyoderma
  • Urinary Tract Infection
  • Pyrexia (raised body temperature)
  • Unhealed surgical incisions or wounds
  • Myositis (inflammatory muscle disease)
  • Fearful or panicky animals
  • Brachycephalic breeds
  • Unable to position neck in neutral position or maintain head above water
  • Some cardiac and respiratory conditions
  • MRSA
  • Dogs that are currently in heat
  • Fleas
  • Any skunk odor or recent skunk spray

Flea and Tick Treatment

If fleas or ticks are present on a patient at drop-off for a rehab session, they will be treated with a Capstar at the owner's expense.

Capstar is a fast-acting medication for dogs that contains the active ingredient nitenpyram. It works by killing adult fleas within 30 minutes and is effective for treating a current flea infestation for 24 hours.

Over-the-counter products are less effective, so we encourage the use of a veterinary-approved flea and tick prevention program for best results.

Reminder Before Therapy

Please make sure to walk your dog before their therapy appointment so they have an opportunity to eliminate before entering the water.

Underwater Treadmill Cleaning Fee

If a dog has a bowel movement while in the underwater treadmill, a $65 cleaning fee will be charged. The therapy session will also require an additional 30 minutes, as we must drain and discard the water, thoroughly clean and sanitize the treadmill, and refill it before it can be used again.
